My HV said I should give him snacks but not sure when I would fit them in.

I can't remember anything from last time!

Ds has a slice of fruit loaf with me at around 06:00 when we first get up, breakfast at nursery at around 08:30, a mid-morning snack at around 10:30, lunch at 12:45, mid-afternoon snack at 15:30, dinner at 17:30 and then a yogurt at home at around 18:30. Think they need little and often at this age as their tummies can't hold much.

trouble is, I'm ususally out at "snack time" and I really don't want him to end up eating biscuits. Will have to be more prepared!

Thanks mumpbump

You could always take a banana with you or you can get fruit flavoured rice cakes from Sainsburys or raisins. Doesn't have to be biscuits just 'cos you're out and about...

BTW, I know it sounds like a lot, but he eats little and often, crawls and now runs around a lot and has always been pretty skinny as babies/toddlers go...

mine has snacks because virtually nothing actually makes its way down the hatch at the 3 meals.

know what you mean abt biscuits and i refuse to buy rice cakes because they smell so horrid. thick pancakes and cheese straws are our snack of choice (although you have to find the time to make them...)
