Mini sandwich fillings, please?

While I suspect you BLW enthusiasts are probably a secret religious cult, given the threads on them, I have to admit that my baby loves having something to hold and chomp, so I'm joining you, dammit! She loves a hunk of tough bread, so I think the time has come to try her out with mini sandwiches, just because they sound cute, and I'm tired of giving her the Karmel stew-purees I've spent a whole day making for both lunch AND supper.

But I can't think of mini sandwich fillings beyond cream cheese or mushy avocado. It may be that she's a little young anyway - she's 9 months. Is cream cheese about all I can get away with right now? What might I be able to move onto soon?

Many thanks! Don't really think you're a secret religious cult! (Well, I do, but am too scared of you to let that stand.)

Pitta's freeze really well btw - handy when you have to buy loads of them!
