Rusk and milk storage

I'm trying my son on rusks today, mixed with breastmilk, he's enjoying it, but obviously not going to eat the entire mixture. Does anyone know how long I can keep it in the fridge?

I know breastmilk on it’s own can be stored for up to 5 days, would it be the same? I've been googling and also checked the heinz website but can't find an answer.

Could you not just make it up fresh each time, in smaller quantities? I never gave rusks personally, but can't imagine it'd be very nice to eat day after day kept in the fridge

Rusks are full of sugar. If you use them I'd break off a bit of rusk and make up a smaller amount. The mix will solidify if left for a while in the fridge
