Any advice on cutting bottles/getting enough dairy into DD?

My DD is 11 and half months old. She’s been on 3 bottles, 2x 5oz and 1x 6oz for quite some time. She also has a small petit flous yogurt at breakfast. She has three meals a day.

In the last week or two she’s dropped her middle bottle and wants a snack instead, so I’ve started giving her 2 6oz bottles - morning and bedtime, plus her yogurt.

I have no idea if that is enough dairy?

I was at the children’s centre on Monday for weigh in and to book her review, so I asked the health visitor who shrugged and said we could discuss it at her review in February. That’s a long way off of I’m under feeding her dairy wise!

Thank you!

From 1 year they only need around 300/350 mls of milk or 2-3 portions of dairy. If she's having milk in cereal and other dairy products then that's plenty alongside bottles

That's absolutely fine. Just follow her lead Smile

Yes perfect. She needs 350 mg of dairy a day
