Supper?

My little girl is 9 months old and I am looking to introduce supper (snack before nighttime routine).

She currently has breakfast 730, lunch 11:30 and dinner at approx 430, with milk on demand in between (breastfed). Her meals could be anything from finger foods to meal pouches depending on the day!

I am looking for slow release energy snacks to give aprox 630 as she wakes up looking for food 3/4 hours after she's been asleep!

I am thinking wheetabix and banana as a good place to start but want a variety of options so she doesn't get to used to the same thing every day.

She's not a huge eater at normal meal times so I think it's necessary to introduce this extra 'meal'.

Any ideas would be massively appreciated !

wholegrain bread mashed into warm milk (you can mask banana in for extra flavour if she doesn't like the initial taste)

overnight oats with yogurt (put some uncooked oats in yogurt the night before and give to LO the next day)

ready brek

Porridge would be good for slow release energy.
Yogurt with blueberries or pear
Sweet potato wedges/chunks/mash
Omelette fingers or scrambled egg
Savoury carrot flapjacks www.myfussyeater.com/savoury-carrot-flapjacks/
Sweetcorn fritters www.madeformums.com/baby/cheesy-sweetcorn-fritters/

I was going to suggest Weetabix.
