Hi all my son is 6.5 months old. Since I have introduced food he is waking up twice in the night. He has his last feed between 7pm/9pm and falls asleep on the boob. Should I feed him before I got to bed ? Dream feed of will it pass? Any suggestions

Just BF when it's needed. It's likely to be coincidence that he's waking more.

I found DS woke more in the initial stage of weaning, it affects their digestion but soon settled. I imagine your milk is really settling for his tummy.

Yes I’m trying my best to just push through - when I wake in the night my mind keeps telling me to just give a dummy - but I really don’t want to as I enjoy breastfeeding but not always 5 times a night 👍🏼
