He is 8 months and sitting in his highchchair with pasta tubes. I want to feed him so he doesn't keep squeezing them till the pop out of his fingers and onto the floor

Awwwww, how cute!

Tapster · 11/08/2007 17:08

They often learn but watching - think you need to eat some at the same time, how else will he know what to do?

magnolia1 · 11/08/2007 17:13

I did exactly that and ate some too. He proceeded to squish it up into a sticky mess

Ho hum maybe he isn't a pasta lover. He loved the rusk after though

fusilli is easier

Aitch · 11/08/2007 23:43

true about the fusilli, norah.

Twinklemegan · 12/08/2007 00:10

Yep fusilli is great. My DS wolfed them down in one go without chewing.

Habbibu · 12/08/2007 11:45

We found spirali even better than fusilli - neatly shaped for a little finger to hook round and bite off half.

magnolia1 · 12/08/2007 11:48

Ok, will have to get some pasta variety going on here
