Is there a book by Rapley yet?
Or only the DVD and this ?

There is no book solely on BLW yet...she is currently working on one...but she has written a chapter in this academic book (ie book on a broad range of related subjects by different people): www.babyfriendly.org.uk/items/resource_detail.asp?item=443
