What finger foods does your baby like?

I'm looking for some new finger foods to offer my 7 month old (we're doing BLW).

So far she's had:

Mango
avocado
Green and red pepper
chicken
Banana
Carrot sticks
Celery
Watermelon
Strawberry
Toast fingers

Broccoli
Sticky rice
Cheese string
Cucumber
Boiled egg
Pineapple
Lettuce
Honeydew melon
Apple
Omelette
Oatcakes
Nectarine
Scrambled egg
Breadsticks
Pasta
Salmon
Rice cakes
Porridge fingers
Tomato

Some of these have been more successful than others but I feel we're in a bit of a rut now. Her absolute favourite is cheese strings but I try to keep these back in case of emergency (public meltdown).

Any other ideas?

Sticks of roast courgette are a big favourite here

Daffodil2018 · 12/08/2019 08:01

How long do you roast them for @wikowiko ? Do you put oil on them or just as they are?

Yes I put a bit of oil on them and roast them until they seem done.... maybe 20 minutes or so? Sorry it's not more exact.

Daffodil2018 · 12/08/2019 11:55

Thanks, I'll give it a try!

Silly question here - how do you make eggy bread? I've heard about it but never tried it or made it but think my 8 month old would enjoy it!
