So my DS is now 13 months old and this is his daily feeding routine
On waking- 7oz Bottle of full fat cows milk
Around 8am- Breakfast
(Weetabix, Toast, Muesli, Fruit,
Porridge and yoghurt)
Around 10am- Snack
(Rice cakes, fruit, Ella's
Kitchen crisps)
12.30-1.30- Lunch
(Pasta, sandwich, toast, eggs)
Around 3pm- Snack
5-5.30pm- Dinner
(Roast Dinner, Cottage Pie, Fish,
Curry and rice, Risotto)
7.15-7.45pm- 7oz Bottle of full fat cows milk
I'm thinking it's time to scrap the morning bottle and give him a cup of milk with his breakfast instead, I'd like to keep the bedtime bottle for a bit longer as he does really enjoy having a bottle and a cuddle at bedtime as part of his routine when reading a story. What age did you take away the bottles? And does his routine sound about right?
