I’ve given my DD chia seeds so far but I’m keen to branch out but I’m hearing a bit of contrasting advice on what seeds are safe.

I’d like to give her flax seeds, sunflower, pumpkin (all milled) nut read somewhere they can be harmful. Anyone have any info?

Flax may be a bit harsh on a baby’s digestive system so I’d personally avoid them (bad personal experience speaking !)
The others are fine you could blend them up in smoothies or with yogurt

I think any are fine as long as they are in a form they can eat. Both of mine had chia pudding from quite young (8 ish months). They had seeded bread from 6 months as it's all I buy. They also had seed butters as I buy those sometimes too. As long as you aren't just giving a bowl of sunflower seeds, I'm sure any would be fine.
