My chubby 8 month old is the picture of health and contentment. Sure, she screams like a banshee when the meal is over, and sure, her little wrists are creased with pudge. I have always been afraid of her becoming a chubster because of formula-feeding guilt, but don't worry, I won't mention this to her when she understands the words. But still, 4 turds already today! Not huge ones, but pretty much human ones, some very respectable for any human!
She's eating:
morning milk, 7 oz
breakfast - 4 scoops Boots cereal with 3 oz milk and 5 raspberries
11 o clock milk before nap, 3 oz
lunch at 2 - Annabel Karmel lentil mush (1 karmel pot size) with some green veg mush stirred in (no fat in the latter, 1 ice cube size)
dinner - Annabel Karmel chicken stew, 1 pot size
1 ice cube of peach puree
bedtime milk 7 oz
But 4 turds by 2.30!!! And this is normal! 5 a day, usually.
