Foods to fill up a 10 month old

Hi.
My lo wakes at 5-5.30 and I wonder if he had better solids he would sleep longer. He loves food but only has 2 teeth and finds it hard to eat dryer things like tuna jacket potato or lasagne that isn't really saucey or whizzed up. Please any ideas. He does like finger food but meals are tricky unless really mashed up. I don't want him to be only be used mushed up food.
Thanks

Eggy bread. Mix up with cheese?

I've found that even when my little boy has a big carby meal it makes no difference to how long he sleeps , I genuinely think it makes no difference what you feed them
In regards to sleep .

Some good foods you might want to try though are spaghetti , pesto pasta, scrambled egg, egg fried rice , porridge , egg on toast , omelette .
These we're all favourites when I had a 10 month old

Thank you. The thing with eggy bread and scrambled egg is he did like but now he seems chuck bread on floor and spit egg out. Do you think it's to dry? He had lasagne last night but just had it in his mouth for ages not swallowing. He likes pasta

It's probably just a phase , one week my boy would be obsessed with blueberries than the next he can't stand them so I tend to leave it for a week or so and then re introduce it

Beans and pulses, either mashed up or given as finger foods. I did BLW so used to give my dc cooked butter beans and red kidney beans. My dc also used to love this lentil slice www.healthylittlefoodies.com/curried-lentil-bake/

Meat! If he’s having trouble biting, then base a lot of his meals around mince or fish. Try fish cakes www.healthylittlefoodies.com/tuna-and-potato-cakes/

Porridge is a good one. But I'd also be looking at his routine and naps and stuff, because this can also be a common cause of early waking.

My ten month old loves food and eats anything and everything. He has a big evening meal at five pm and then fruit at six pm, a bottle at bed time at 7:30, and then at least four breastfeeds in the night and he always wakes between 5am and 5:30, so I doubt you'll make any difference by trying to feed him more. I feel your pain!

Bananas are good though, as is porridge, rice, pasta, couscous...
