Nipple leaking 7 months post partum and not breastfeeding.

Baby is 7 months old. Formula fed baby. Milk came in properly 2 weeks after birth and had dried up completely around 14 weeks maximum post birth (cant exactly remember).

So recently my right nipple feels damp and there will be a tiny wet patch by this on a number of occasions. Just a question to ask how long can I expect this to go on for?

I presume it's to do with body post birth etc so just curious to know has it happened anyone else and when will it stop.

(No chance of being pregnant either).

TIA 😀

Dont know why this is in weaning. I aimed for women's health Blush

I would get this checked at the doctors.

Definitely needs a trip to GP. It may be nothing but any discharge from the nipple which is unexplained needs to be checked out. It may indicate breast cancer (tho it could be fine).

Sounds v unusual to be linked with postnatal health.

Really? Honestly figured it was down to hormones etc Thanks so much for replying! I'm due for the usual womens appointment shortly so I'll bring it up then.
