I know I'm no supposed to give "raw" honey until 12 months but what about cookd honey eg honey glazed chicken etc? Does any one know if the cooking process kills the bad honey bacteria (can't remember the technical term!).

If the honey is pasteurised it's OK so i guess the same would go for 'cooked' as cooking would kill any bacteria. After all you're going to need to cook the chicken well enough to kill the bacteria in that.

The bacteria is botulism, don't know about pasteurising it.
