I’ve been weaning my son for almost two months and he’s doing really well. We’ve both enjoyed it.
He’s suffered really bad reflux since he was 2 weeks old so weaning has been a relief for all of us.
Basically the last week and a half supper has become horrific. He starts out ok eating fine grabbing for more (I do traditional weaning) so I feed him and he has finger food to help himself to as well. Which has worked pretty well.
He starts to scream during his evening meal. Out of nowhere. Nothing will settle him. He will then stop and eat the rest of his meal.
Could it be reflux? He doesn’t show any other symptoms anymore and believe me I know what those are.
I’m at a loss. He’s fine after he has a bit of a play and then bath and bed. He goes down well and that’s that.
Help. Anyone else had this?
