Folks, I have just read the following an NHS publication called 'Birth to Five' with regard to vegetarian babies. On the topic of protein for vege babies in addition to pulses and quorn etc is suggests you should "continue with soya-based formula until your child is two years of age to ensure she/he has enough protein". Anyone got any thoughts here?
My daughter is 11 months, drinking soya- formula and predominantyl vege (as meat production methods in the UK are generally sub-standard and I'm too mean to by the decent stuff.).
