Travel highchair

My baby loves her food, she’s 5 months but I keep having to come home to feed her every few hours because she can’t quite sit up by herself, meaning I can’t travel far. Is there a travel high chair that I can use to support a baby that can’t quite sit up on their own? Thankyou!

Travel highchairs tend to be less supportive than a normal highchair.
I'd suggest buying an inflatable highchair insert and carrying that around with you.

That being said, at 5m regular meals of food aren't necessary so couldn't DC be fed milk while you're out and about?

Er who's looking after your baby when you're out and why can't that person handle the feedings?

What about a bumbo type seat?

Oh I see what you mean - you find it difficult to feed baby when you're both out and about.

One of the reasons why it is usually recommended to wait until around 6 months to start weaning is because that's when babies tend to be able to sit up on their own. So why not stick with milk for the time being?

Would this be any good? My friend had one and swore by it for when eating in small restaurants which don't have highchairs.

Baby shouldn't need to be in a highchair to eat until they can sit up unaided.

Can you feed her in her pram/buggy, if she sits well with the seat upright?
