Slow cooker recipes suitable for babies? (7mo)

Due to lack of time I need to utilise the slow cooker more, but other than casseroles and stews using low salt stock cubes, I'm out of ideas that are suitable for the baby aswell as the rest of the family?

You could do lentils with coconut milk? Use mild curry powder and a cardamom pod. Tasty.

The baby led weaning slow cooker app is fantastic. All family meals that are suitable for babies. I’ve used it a lot, still using it now and my dd is 2.

Anything you can make for the family is suitable for a 7 month old, with the exception of anything with whole nuts or loads of chillies. Just don't dump too much salt in it until you pull some out for your baby.

I do a pulled beef brisket in the slow cooker, which is great. Basically, brisket, a good chunk of butter (use unsalted), about a tbsp of red wine vinegar, onions, garlic and some spices (sweet smoked paprika, ground cumin and coriander, none of which are 'spicy'). Cook on low for 8 hours and shred. You can cook pork shoulder much the same way. Lentil stew is also good, or veggie chilli (just leave out the actual chillies until the end, but use all other spices).
