Milk jelly

Going to attempt to make some milk jelly using Oatly as little one has CMPA. Anyway, looking online I’ve read a few people saying to boil the milk first, is this correct? I was going to use a little boiled water with sugar free jelly then add the oatly. Does the milk need boiling too?

Right I’ve tried 1/4 boiling water and the rest koko milk as the supermarket had run out of oatley. I didn’t boil the milk though. Fingers crossed it works!
