Feeling ill since baby reduced breastfeeds

Just wondering if anyone has experienced this? DS2 - 7.5 months - has been gradually increasing the amount of solid food he takes over the past 2 months and in the last week, suddenly seems to have lost a lot of interest in milk - he's waking once less in the night and not bothering much with breastfeeding in the day even though I'm offering it at regular intervals. I suspect he's drinking very little breastmilk (still has a bottle of formula at 10pm and just about enough wet nappies so I'm not concerned about his intake). DS1 also dropped milk feeds quite quickly so that hasn't taken me by surprise, but what has is that I feel rubbish - I don't remember this last time round.
My moods are all over the place (I am so super irritable), I had chills one evening, was achy all over and generally felt unwell. That has passed now, but I'm left with no appetite and feel nauseous. In fact, I feel as though I'm in the first trimester of pregnancy again - but I'm definitely not!!
Anyone else had this - is it the hormones?

Is it mastitis? That can cause flu-ey symptoms?

How are you feeling now @PatchworkWellies? Smile
