Is it 12 or 20 oz?! Of milk including yog and cheese?

Hv told me 20oz a day, Online says 12.

My little one has about 10oz a day in milk and 2/3oz equivalent in cheese and yoghurt. Is this enough??

Any ideas of milky brekkie not cereal or yoghurt?

Equivalent of 300 mls. Doesn't have to all be in drink form. 20oz would be about the maximum so it doesn't impact on the eating of solid food

Nhs says:
Children between the ages of1 and3 need to havearound 350mg of calcium a day. About 300ml of milk (just over half a pint) would provide this.

Obviously they would also get the same nutrients from yoghurt/ cheese, etc so wouldn't have to drink it all as milk
