I manage ok with breakfast (weetabix, porridge or yogurt with fruit) and dinner (usually a bit of what I’ve cooked for myself). But I struggle to know what to feed for lunch?

He can’t eat eggs. Everything else is ok. But he isn’t a good eater and can only manage soft mush, not bread or sandwiches or pieces of veg. I don’t cook at lunchtime and usually have a sandwich, toast or salad, or sometimes nothing at all.

What can I feed that’s quick and easy to eat, and doesn’t need loads of cooking? I’ve tried veg soup, beans with toast or jacket potato, and beyond that I’m stuck.

Try toast cut into soldiers - my DS found this easier than bread as he could gnaw on it.

I used to cook a load of kids pasta and freeze it. Then microwave and gate some cheese for lunch.

I used these Peppa Pig pasta As it's soft but actuated enough for them to pick up, but I guess maybe his egg issues and your wheat you may need to find an alternative. Pasta spirals are good too, as they can pick them up.

We have baked beans, soup, chucks of bread, cheese cubes and ham, baked potato, pasta, potato cakes etc and scrambled or boiled egg
