Hello all!
Cooked some chicken and popped in the freezer in baby portion size strips.
Once defrosted thoroughly, do I have to reheat it or can it be given cold as a finger food for BLW?
Thanks all! Flowers

You can definitely just give cold as finger food so long as it was properly cooked in the first place

I'd only add the due to the fat / fibres in meat, it's much easier for weaning babies to gum if it's warmed up as that relaxes the meat so makes it less hard
