Butternut squash

I’ve bought a squash for little one to try. How am I best cooking it? Roast in the oven or boil in the pan?

i would say roasting personally.

If you do opt for boiling it, add a nice knob of butter when you mash it.

roasting or boiling work well. i prefer it roasted and then blitzed into a puree
