Help with lunch/dinner ideas

Hello.

I'm a first time mum and wanting/needing lunch and dinner ideas.

My sons coming up to a year old (although was born 9 weeks early)

We do finger foods and have done toast etc.

I'm severely allergic to chicken, nuts and peas so I just can't think what to give him.

Thanks in advance

If he’s allergic to chicken, is he alright with turkey? Just asking as my DBIL is allergic to anything with feathers.

Lunch suggestions:

Eggy bread
Omelette cut into strips.
Sausage and beans.
Bits (bits of whatever you have to hand, ham, raisins, satsuma, cheese, anything really).
these beef & spinach patties will freeze.
Sweet Potato veggie burger. Again you could make a batch and freeze.
Savoury Muffin.
Tuna mayo & cucumber sandwich.
Cheese on toast.
Sardines on toast (boys can have oily fish upto 3 times a week).
Pitta Pizza.
Jacket Potato.

For tea:

This is good from Eat Well for Less as the mixture makes 2 different meals, Pork & Apple Burgers and Spaghetti & Meatballs.
Samon Fish Fingers.
Spag Bol (just put him in a long sleeved bib and maybe put a cheap shower curtain on the floor).
Macaroni Cheese.
Fish Pie.
Roast dinner.
Homemade Pizza.
Curry, if it’s too hot you can cool it down with natural yoghurt.
Bangers & mash, just cut the sausage lengthways otherwise it can be a choking hazard Smile

It's me that's allergic to it but yep I can have turkey, I'm unsure if he's got any allergies but so far so good.

Ah brill thank you!
