dd happier now with feeding herself all the time - which is fine - BUT she isn't taking in nearly the quantity as when she was spoonfed so is waking at least once a night, despite being offered lots of pasta ect at teatime...........as she is 11m don't want to go back to dreamfeed but lost for ideas and blinking knackered!!

Bummer ... will she not let you feed her anything? If she will it might be worth just getting a little bit extra down her at tea time? Or an extra snack before bed?

why don't you want to go back to a dreamfeed? i think that's what we did, for a wee while. imo they have these wee growth spurts and learn how to eat more, so you just give them milk whle they're learning, iykwim? also i remember at 10 months realising that i was giving her tea too near to her last milk, so moverd tea back to 4pm.
