Blender for weaning?

Hello,

I am weaning my daughter this week and we plan to start with purees but quickly move on to BLW. My question is do I need to buy a separate blender? I have a nutribullet and also a food chopper that says on the box is perfect for baby food. I only use the chopper to make salsa, guacamole and chop onions and garlic but after a good wash all the residual smells go. I’ve only had it for like 2 months so it’s not old.

Money is tight at the moment due to some family issues, so if I do need a new blender can someone recommend a cheap one?

You definitely don’t need anything new at all. It will be fine Smile

I agree. The baby blenders are actually a bit shit.

Agree, don’t buy anything. After a couple of months you will need a fork to mash it up but I expect you have one of those already.
