DD was BF until she was about 5 months old, then went to formula.
Now she is 14 months old and we've tried to give her cows milk but it's not agreeing with her - she gets the trots and is sometimes sick hours after having the milk and theres bits of cottage cheese looking stuff in it?!?!?
We only gave her 5oz a day and this is what happened.

An suggestions?

try her with rice milk,my ds loved it.It's much
less harsh on the digestive system.Or soya, which is much easier to get hold of.

Am going to buy some soya milk tomorrow? Is this an intolerance that she will grow out of?
Eats yoghurts & cheese with no problems.

If she's having other dairy, she doesn't need milk as well i would've thought.Yogurt and cheese is enough. No harm in trying soya I suppose.Sounds like an intolerance rather than an allergy

It does sound like an intolerance (my dd is intolerant, but still breastfed).

Soya milk isn't recommended before age 2 for a whole host of reasons, including possible infertility in later life.

Rice milk with added calcium is a much better option, and was recommended to us by a dietician.
