best to strip LO down to a nappy or tie a teatowel around them !!

i think aitch suggests not breaking the mince up too much. so leave big bits that can be handled easily. otherwise i would do meat balls.

ds found mince hard til recently. he got the hang of meatballs and burgers more quickly though and they're dead handy to make

inside out cheese burgers are especially yum... make up the mince for the burgers, mould it in your hand and dig a hole in it, stufff in some grated cheese and form the burger around it. then fry like normal [drool]

lamb mince also goes down well here, he seemed to get the hang of it sooner than minced beef oddly enough

lol, i'm a frim believer in everything in moderation. we eat healthily all the time so when i make something really fatty i go all out
