My DD is 1 next week and drinks formula at the moment. I want to move her on to real milk but not sure how do do it. Should I just try her on it or mix the two together? Sorry if this is a dumb question

I started by putting one ounce of milk in to an 8 oz bottle - so 7 ox formula and one oz milk. Gradually increase the milk every couple of days.

I watered it down for first few times then slowly increased the milk content.

I just swapped!

both DCs had already had cows milk on cereal and in cooking, so just swapped, was not a problem

OK will give it a go mixing the 2 to start with

I didnt mix the milk, I just swapped one bottle at a time e.g. swapped the morning one for a few days and when she took it ok, swapped the night one as well. She didnt seem to notice the difference at all.
