home made BLW ready meals for a lazy arse mother

hey - DD BLW - yedda yadda, eats any thing apart from coliflower (dont blame her really, i hate it too)

ive made home made fish cakes they are in the freezer, dont want to feed her them eveyday, what else can i cook a batch of then re heat at lunch time

(i have wierd eating paterns, am not always capable of eating at lunch time when Lola should be)

How old? Boneless tinned sardines? Steamed veg?

pasta with cheese or tomato sauce

scrambled eggs with toast

mini pittas filled with hummous

picnic - hard boiled egg chopped up, apple , raisins, banana, oatcakes etc

yes, just simple tomato and basil, will keep in the fridge for a couple of days too..cheese sauce is best made in batches i find

I get frozen salmon which comes in individual little bags so you can microwave from frozen. Then break into big-ish chunks.
