Dairy free

My 7month has eczema and is constipated and bad cradle cap. I was told he was better off on a dairy free diet . His skin is improving but now the day start him on cows milk . What ???? I don't know what to do as I have always thought it was very bad for them .

I think there might be some typos in your post, but there is soya formula for babies who are dairy allergic. Cows milk is only for after one year, and even there soya is still an option.
