BLW- when do you offer milk?

Baby is FF and we’ve been doing BLW, which we are loving, she has a good gum of anything we give to her.

Question is, when do I offer milk? I usually give her a bottle until she gets bored (after about 2-3 Oz) and then offer food, then finishes bottle (or not) after. Is this right?

When and how do I drop the bottle? I think, like everything I’ve stressed about in the past 6 months, it will probably become apparent on its own but I’m just wondering.

I tended to give food about an hour after milk at first , so first feed of the day at 7, breakfast at 8, and then did tea about an hour after her mid afternoon feed. Any time she was awake at a meal time we shared a bit with her.
She naturally dropped milk as she ate more.
