6 month old twins - have been trying to gently introduce them to food for last few weeks - they will not take anything! I can barely get them to open their mouths and when they do - the faces they pull are hysterical and then it slowly all comes out again....

They big boys and def need food - they still wake for a feed at night and take a lot of milk in the day.

Help! Is there anything I can do? Getting very demoralised!!!! I thought maybe atleast one would want some food - but neither do!!

Ha! My 6 month old twins girls are equally as disgusted by food.
I just keep offering it and they keep rejecting it. Hopefully they'll get there in the end

I think pulling funny faces and spitting food out is pretty much what most people experience with Weaning. I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong.

Also, it’s not unusual at for babies to wake for a feed in the night for quite a while yet.

Just keep offering food and hopefully they’ll get the hang of it soon Smile
