Is it worth cooking with breastmilk?

Or does cooking destroy the good stuff (if that's the scientific term!)? I know it's ok to cook with cows milk but I'd rather try and use breastmilk if it's still better for her.
TIA

Dunno.

Someone on MN once made Soap with her excess breast milk.

Sure someone will be along with real info soon

Wouldn't that be true of any milk though? I used to make porridge for ds when he was just weaned with b/milk. He had eczema at the time though. Now use goats milk.

If you've got enough to use for cooking, then use it. I didn't want DS2 to have cows milk at first, so he was weaned on pure broccoli, etc., and I just used water for liquid.

Did the person who made soaop with her breast milk also make acorn wine?

Thanks everyone!

I used to buy little cartons of ready made formula to cook with as I could never express.
