What realistically should a 7m old be eating and what should their milk intake be?

I know every child is different but I don't know where to start or what to do?

Do I give them veg? Or fruit? Or protein? Or all of the above? How?????

Do I feed them just at home or do I take food out with me?

Do they have finger food?? HELP!

What I did was

Didn't cut milk down at all. They seem to do that themselves the more they start eating . Plus they only it small amounts not enough to get much benefit from

I have a mixture of fruit and veg

Part boiled veg sticks that I took out with me as well.

When I ate something I would give her a stick for some fruit.

I feel concerned giving him any sort of "sticks" that he needs to bite and chew.

Then don't. Just give purée food only.

I would give mine part boiled carrot but that was my choice

Or cucumber sticks but just the wet seed part

But don't do it unless you are happy with it
