Snacks for 7.5 month old?

Currently doing a mixture of purees and finger foods and on 3 meals a day plus yoghurt, fruit, etc for dessert.

He is on still on approx 4 bottles a day (guided by him so far. So first thing, mid morning, mid afternoon and bedtime) but looking to introduce snacks and slowly reduce milk feeds.

Only thing is I'm at a loss of what snacks to give him? Confused I'd like to give finger foods as snacks. He does not like rice cakes at all.

What can I give him?

Cheese
Cake
fruit
Breadsticks
Sausages
Carrot sticks
Banana
Toast fingers
Sausage rolls

Pretty much anything really in moderation - as long as it’s not whole nuts, whole grapes (choking hazards) or honey. I never worried about salt as part of a mixed diet

My kids love roasted sweet potato, bits of orange, the baby 'crisps' (the ones that look like big Wotsits).
We didn't bother getting rid of the bottles and replacing with snacks though, I'm not really sure what you gain from that.
We kept 4 bottles per day going until about 9/10 months then dropped the mid-morning one so three bottles per day. At 13 months we dropped the afternoon one so they are now on 2 bottles, one in the morning and one at bedtime.
As they grew bigger they would eat more at their main mealtimes so we felt they didn't need the extra formula between meals. I couldn't see the point in switching out formula for snacks because formula is more nutritious.
