What age can you start to give jelly?? My ds is 9 and a half months old.. He used to love peitit filous or steamed fruit for dessert, but has gone off both now.

can't think why it'd be unsuitable, but it is only sugar, water and colouring/flavouring and hence not exactly nourishing.
try fresh fruit rather than steamed?
plain yoghurt with fresh fruit?
dried fruit?

actually, does he need pudding at all?

Jelly is best left to kiddies parties,once in a blue moon,I think.It's full of nasty additives.Veggie jelly from health food shops is natural though.
