Baby throwing up from over eating?

Hi, I have a 10 month old baby and she hasn't taken too well to weaning. She's still very fussy and mealtimes are very hit and miss. She had a bad weekend and didn't really eat very much but today she ate 3 good meals. After her bedtime milk she threw up everything she'd eaten for dinner, huge amounts of sick, I'm talking puddles of sick. This is the second time she's done this, the last time was a month or so ago.
She was absolutely fine afterwards, and seemed totally unphased.
I think she just over-ate (or more accurately, I overfed her having got excited she was having a good day) and once she started being sick she couldn't stop herself.
Has anyone else had this?

Babies are always puking for one reason or another. The fact she's fine now tells you all you need to know imo, that it's just one of those things.

We had this with DD. Used to bring up her bedtime milk up every night. Literally as I shut her stair gate she'd vomit across the room, on and on and on till there was nothing left. Went to dietician and paediatrician who both said food is taking longer to digest and cut out last bottle of milk.

We ended up giving her slightly less dinner and a couple of ounces of milk as she used it to get to sleep.

DS did this tonight. My bed had to be stripped because it was covered in half-digested porridge.
