Best hand blenders for pureeing food

Hi all

Looking to start weaning soon and have weighed up all the options but I'm choosing to puree food at the beginning. Does anyone recommend a good hand blender for the job? I'm reluctant to buy a specific baby food blender as I appreciate they won't be on pureed food for too long, and I'll get some use out of a hand blender when this stage is over with.

Having said that.. If anyone thinks there is a baby food blender that is totally worth it then please let me know! I'm a ftm so totally new to all this!

Recommendation is not to blend now (I'm assuming you prob know though as you have said weighing up all options). Just go without any hand blender, sure they all do the same.

I just got a basic plastic white one that we got for a discount at a baby weaning event (£5 or something). Didn't really use it much for baby food but still use it now for soup &a smoothies.
