Hi,

I will be starting to wean dd soon and will be trying my best to give only homemade foods. Any ideas on which type/brand containers are good for on the go? Will be giving blended food to begin with.

Thanks,

I weaned my first on purees and used cheap containers from Wilkos, they were absolutely fine.

The second one completely refused to be spoon fed so we did baby led Weaning. It's worth reading up on as we found it just so much easier Smile

Ok. So its ok to use normal containers. I read they had to be airtight so thought must be some special type of containers lol. Sorry first time mum here

Don't know if wilko still sell them but mine were little tubs with a lid. Anything you use to carry around snacks and food should be airtight. I wouldn't spend too much on equipment for Weaning, you might get one like my second who was absolutely affronted by the idea of purees. She wanted what we ate and she was very vocal about it!
