you lot must get sick of these 1st time mums..
DS is 6 months next week. Been happily eating purees for a month, veg, fruits, rice, oats and buckwheat (plus bf).
So I'm thinking 6 months means he can start to have some protein. thought of giving lentil and veg, and also tuna, but he has no teeth and worried about choking, should I puree the tuna or just mash it up with a fork?
Also, can he have tomato (no allergies in family and we all love tomato), and can he have yoghurt, and what about cheddar cheese, cos wouldn't it be too salty?
Any tips gratefully received!
