Hello! Does anyone have any top tips for making homemade fish fingers? Thank you

Try this one. Haven't tried this recipe but might give it a try next week.

These fishcakes are good too

Cut your raw fish into finger shapes, dip in flour, then beaten egg, then breadcrumbs. I chill them for a while then shallow fry but you could oven bake or grill them. Works well with chicken too.

My DD is older now but still loves the recipe @NannyR posted with either chicken or salmon
