Hi all,

I'm just doing a bit of research regarding weaning/feeding toddlers and wanted to ask other mums if kids dropping food in their laps during mealtimes is something that you all find a bit of a problem.... I'm forever changing my LO's outfit after food due to various substances being squished into her crotch and staining trousers/dresses/shorts.....Im currently in the process of developing a solution to this issue but would be interested in other peoples views on whether this is a universal problem, or my LO is just particularly butter fingered!!!

Big cover-all bibs from Ikea and buckets of soaking clothes in the bathroom for months!!

Yes we have the same problem! Sometimes I tuck a tea towel around his lap and we always use both a coverall bib with a normal bib over the top to catch drips and food (my baby is very very messy).
