my lo is 7 months and 3 weeks and i dont give her meat yet she is being blw'd

but its in all the jars for 7 months plus but i dont know in what context to give it her other wise

i gave her some chicken tonight from around the thigh and she loved it but is she too young??

no dont really eat fish apart from tuna canned oh the shame

you can get bags of frozen salmon fillets easy peasy. wrap in foil with bit of butter on top, bake for 20 minutes. come out nice and soft and flaky, easy for blw baby.
