Hi can i give my 6 month old weetabix for breakfast with full fat cows milk?

Yes. I used to warm the milk before adding it to the weetabix. It takes quite a lot of milk too

RapunzelsRealMom · 25/07/2017 17:15

Yes but it makes nightmare nappies! Really sticky wee 'bits' that can be difficult to get off without a full shower on the bum

It's super handy. My 13 month old still eats it and just feeds it to herself with her hands.

It's a great weaning food but I agree about the pois! Nightmare to wash off Grin

Oatibix is better for tiny ones - bit mushier and doesn't result into those horrible poo crumbs.

Still dries harder than concrete on the bowl though

Have tried oatibix for the last two days and can confirm that SheRaaargh is correct! Poos are much improved 👍🏻

So much better, isn't it. Weetabix used to give one of my kids nappy rash! Switched to oatibix and it just went away.
