I wasn't sure whether to post here or comment on your blog, Aitch, but I just wanted to say thanks so much to you and everyone who's commented for this latest post (and all the rest!).

It is so helpful to read about everyone's experiences, and I decided for once I would say so instead of sitting here reading it all appreciatively without contributing!

Anyway, enough a*se-licking, today I have been wondering: will BLW make ME gain weight? I am still not back in pre-pg jeans and seem to be 'helping' dd finish her meals (well I must provide role model, no?) and also adding an extra snack when she has tea at 5.30 (dh and I eat at 8)...

on the blog, please, caughtintheact, i think it'll be good for newbies to read.
and i'm not in my pre-pregnancy jeans either...
