you know, i was SOOOOO lucky with my midwife, she was an angel. if she had come to help me with bfing, even in the hospital, it would have been much better cos she just completely knew how to speak to me.

god it's boiling right now. central heating is off and i'm sweltering by the open window. it's either south facing or i'm on for an early menopause.

The midwife I had this time was lovely too. But my previous experience of Ormskirk was horrid, so I would have been more confident with a lovely cuddly doula
