What is BLW or what does it mean?

Sorry new to the lingo. What's BLW stand for and what is it?

Baby led weaning.

Letting your baby feed themselves solids in the form of finger foods, and generally avoiding pureeing & spoon feeding. Not a new idea...but recently become popular after a lady called Gill Rapley did a study...See here , here and here for more info...
